Property Dispute

My mother is the eldest in the family and followed by 1 brother and a sister. My grand father died without writting a WILL and he had 2 properties. My grand mother sold one property and purchased 3 more without even my mother but has informed the other 2 and also informed the buyer tht she has only 2kids.My Question is all the property now my grand mothers as it is in her name and dose my mother have equal right in all of them as my grand mother is saying she has right only to 1 and not the rest as it is her own money and she has been a house wife through out her life. my mom is being mentally harrased buy my grand mother and other.Pls advise

Your mother may be entitled to an equal share in your grand father's properties. The sale by your grand mother may be invalid; You may make a demand of your share and stipulate a time frame; if you do not get a positive response, you may consider filing a civil suit for your share.
