Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I have purchased a flat in Bengaluru. I am taking possession for which the builder's office will give me a NOC, in which they will also allocate the parking slot to me. The parking has already been mentioned in the sale deed. Is this okay to get allotment in the NOC format or should i ask for a separate letter allotting me the parking space? Kindly advise.

in case the same is mentioned in the sale deed, a separate letter of allotment may not be required.

You say already parking area has beeen mentioned in the sale deed then now no letter is necessary. You take handing over possession letter from the builder now.
