Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I am a resident of Mumbai since 30 years. I had made my domicile certificate at the age of 13 years (I being a minor my fathers domicile was prepared first and after that my domicile was prepared). I have applied for Mhada housing scheme which says minimum 15 years of domicile certificate is required for me to be eligible. Please let me know do I have to prepare my domicile certificate again (currently I am 30 yrs old) to show 15+ years of stay in maharashtra or the same domicile should work which I have prepared at the age of 13 (when I was minor).
