Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

sale of property

My father left property without a will and we 4 children and mother haveone share each. A property dealer has paid 2 children 1/3 rd the market value for their share of the property. Is there any way that the full market value of the property be recovered from the property dealer under any law ?

Re: sale of property

If other 2 children and mother had not sold their shares, then why they need not be bothered about manner of sale of shares of 2 children.

Even if someone sale or buy something more than what he has, sale would be limited/restricted to his share only.

Re: sale of property

Property dealer have only acquired 1/3rd share and rest 2/3rd as well as possession is still with you, with this understanding, you can proceed before Court seeking Injunction and damages against hom and theereafter can negotiate with him a fair price. [email protected]
