stamp duty on dissolution deed

We have just dissolve our Real Estate Business Partnership firm & Closing stock of the Firm dided between the partners . the our question is are we liable to pay the stamp duty on the closing stock of immovable property & plese send answers with caselaw

You may in dissolution of partnership deed ascertain your entitlement of the assets of your business

No.You partners can execute Dissolution Deed and can settle account,stock,properties etc.

Your question is not very clear. If the property was brought by a partner into the partnership as his capital contribution, then upon dissolution and subsequent reallotment does not attract stamp duty.
