Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I stay in apartment attached to the society i pay the society maintenance every month and contribute towards painting and repair fund of the society as per the area allotted. The painting Externally was carried out without any hassles in the past. The terrace open to sky is only utilized me we have begun the terrace repairs after discussing at the AGM and approval has been sought in the same. Today person are discussing off hand how the repairs of this private terrace is being done Please Advise
