Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in India

Hi friends,

I am facing problem with cyber crime. I have one social networking account. one person, trying to add my friends by creating another account with my name. He is trying to blackmail me. Could you please tell me, which is the best way of taking action for him. I am facing problem from my family side too on this issue. I want to take action without help of my family.
