Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in India

Immoral Trafficking Prevention Act (ITPA

I am resident of Nagpur (Maharashtra). My query is

1) Is this law amended in 2005 (Immoral Trafficking Prevention Act (ITPA).

2) Whar are the penalties under this law (for sex worker and for customer who caught with her)

3) what police can do if some has caught with brothel.

4) Any remedies if someone caught red handed with sex worker.

(1) the law is not amended (2) kindly refer the act itself and as far the remedies are concerned it depands on the degree of the seriousness of the complaint
