Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in India

I am in a physical relationship with my boy friend(now my fiance) for the last two and half years. He promised me frm the very beginning that he will marry me, and on that promise, he had sex with me. To gain my trust, he convinced his parents for our marriage and his parents has readily accepted me as their daughther in law. We got engaged. He asked me regarding the marriage budget. I told him that maximum my parents can spent 6 Lacs. He really got disappointed knowning that. Few days later, his parents called my parents and said that they are not sure if their son will marry me. later on, When I talked to Daksh(my fiance), he slapped me and injured me. He finally decided not to marry me. Also, during our relationship, he took my financial help from time to time, as he is not earning, studying(CA Final). I am earning good amount and also his parents are ill, so I helped him. Please help me with the legal advice for the same. I also got pregnant during our relationship and he asked me to go for abortion. As we will marry me after completing his CA Final Exams. His parents are aware of this fact.

in this situation, it is advisable to forget the relation and start life afresh. you made a wrong choice and also had gone for physical relationship. though having physical relations on the false promise of marriage is an offence but in your situation, once the engagement was also done, you may not be able to prove the offence. as you earning well and he is just a student, forget him and look for a better match.
