Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in India

sir, there is a case filed against me under section 506,507,509ipc but the boyfriend of the girl is under the police custody in the same case filed by 3rd party who eventually is bother in law of girl. Now girl & his boyfriend trying to implicate me in the same. Can i file a counter FIR against them with the reference of 3rd party case. Or what are the legal aspect is there in front of me to tackle such thing. I am not from wealthy family, but the other guy is belongs to a political party.

just because a 3rd party filed a case against the informant on the same grounds, is no reason for you to lodge a counter f.i.r.
