Legal Question in Social Security Law in India
In our society, few members who own joint flats, have covered the lobby space, inside their flats with society's permission and paying maintenance on
that space , but our society's conveyance is not paid and how can committee
can allowed the members to use the society space and collect the maint.on it . without doing conveyance is it legal to give the society space to members
and take maintenance . please can i take the legal action against that
members to vacate the society space without any majority of our society.
please advice
