income tax returns
Sir, I am a student and doing a part time job & earn 2000 INR monthly. But when I opened my bank accounts I had submitted my PAN Card as prove of documents. But I had never submited any Income tax return since I have the PAN card. Is it necessary to submit such returns?

No,its not at all needed, if,what you state,your income is less yhan INR 2,000 pm, or say INR 24,000.
