In India, under Hindu law, Can a Heir legally refuse Inheritance. If so how?
Can this be done in advance, while the parents are living hale and healthy?
What happens if the inheritance comes with accumulated Tax burden more than the inheritance?, Can a Heir still legally refuse Inheritance and thereby not be responsible for Tax burden
