Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

i have 2 brothers. my father and one brother got property from my mother's un registered will. Now my father expired and gave a portion of the property acquired throgh my mother's will. my brother sold away his share of my mother's will and all the family persons of my mother ( my self and my father and both brothers ) accepted it at the time of sale and signed in the sale deed. Now my brother brought another un registered will of my mother and is claiming the entire property as his own. can he deny the fact that he has accepted and acted on my mother's will which he is now disputing
