Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

We are American citizens residing in India currently, we have a legal will drawn in America, however there is no property distribution as of yet, if we create a "Distribution of Property" document in India will that be legal and binding in America? Please Help.

in case the beneficiaries of the will and the executor of the will, all are residing in india at the time of execution of will, the same be valid even in u.s.
