Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
Dear sir, this is Sudip basu frm west bengal.. I am dwelling in a
house for 28 years constructed by me in a place which is recorded in
municipality and in BLRO office as occupied by me. My problem is that
i want to registry the land but the original owners are not ready to
registry the land. Therefore i am not getting any house building loan
from bank or passing the plan from municipality. As an occupier of
28years can i apply in the settlement office to get the ownership of
the land? If yes what is the procedure? Pls help sir.
