Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
If there is no executor named in the WILL then will the court grant Letter of Administration to the beneficiaries under the registered WILL ?? After getting the Letter of Administration from the Mumbai High Court, can the society make changes and update their records & share certificate ??

The sole objective of the Will is the welfare of the beneficiaries. So beneficiaries can execute the Will and can obtain Letter of Administration.
