Dear Sir / Madam,

If your father has a Will signed by your grandmother to the effect that the house has to be transferred to your father, the same can be actioned by the executor vide a Probate from the Court. An easier practice followed these days to avoid the Probate is to obtain the NOC from all your uncles and aunties to transfer the house in your father's name.

You have to ask all the legal heirs of your grandmother to release their share in favour of your father to get the property in your father's name. For further advice contact me at [email protected]
