Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

If my father excutes a registered Will now, is there any way to prevent any of his sons to produce another un-registered Will of some later date? What necessary precautions can be taken to stop this happening? Which Will would prevail , Registered Will or Un-registered Will of a later date ?

Whether registered or unregistered - Will last in line - will prevail. Your father can change his will as many times, he desires, during his life time.
