Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
my father is expired last year. our house was on his name. my mother and my brother is still living there since more than 30 years. my step sister is claiming on our house in our property and in my fathers pension too. bt my father didnt accept her love marraige. so she never come to our house since 20yrs. bt now she is claiming in our property. she refuses to sign a transfer form also. we are going to transfer our room in our mothers name bt she doesnt agree what to do now? as per my knowledege after husbands death wife has right in her husbands property.
pls help us
