Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
I have my father's registered WILL. There is no executors mentioned in the WILL. His estate (property) is given to me & my brother equally. My question is do I have to get "LETTER OF ADMINISTRATION " or "PROBATE" from the high court to transfer my father's property on my brother's & my name ?? Kindly advise.
