Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

my friend is having a will on his name done by his cousin he has died the it is an unregistered will the whole property is of 10acres in that my friends cousin has included a 2 acre property which is already sold by him will is now in civil court the case between my friend and the disesed persons cousin brother, let me plz know the consequences.

if your friend have will than the probability is in your frnds favour

but again it depends on various factors

registration is not compulsory
