Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

My friend�s Mom got 2 acres land from her ancestors as ancestral property. Now she want to make a will with regarded to that land. She had 3 sons and 1 married daughter. My question is can she will all 2 acres of land to her 1st son.

she can only will her share of the property. the property is ancestral and she cannot will away the share of others including 3 sons and 1 married daughter.
