Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

My grand mother made a will in the year 1999 she passed away in the year 2003. My father who was her son passed away in 1992. As on date the property is not divided as my uncle does not want to give the sisters any share. Rather he wants the full property for himself. He collects rents from the tenants, but does not pay any taxes my mother has been paying the taxes for the last 30 years. If we have to question him he does nto reply properly or starts arguing. My uncle claims to have made another will from my grandmother before she passed away as he had forcefully taken her to stay with him. But till today he has not disclosed the will, whereas the will made in 1999 alongwith with the help of my aunt, copies of the same have been given to all the siblings. Recently for some BMC work my uncle used the will made in 1999 for his BMC work. Can you please suggest how we can go about getting the property divided so that each one is happy and can go their own way. I would also like to know what is the validity period of a will after the person who has made it passes away.
