Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

My grandfather has written a will. The dimensions of the property mentioned in the will are wrong and he writes in his will that my father should not participate in his funeral process. It shows he was not mentally stable at the time of writing the will. It is a registered will. Some property is transferred based on the will to his children including my father and some are still in his name only. Now my father and mother have died. I want to know whether any security deposit based on the property is to be paid to the court to challenge this will. I am ready pay a nominal fees for consultation. Please contract me at [email protected]

in case you want to challenge the will, you can do so even now, after the death of your parents. however, further details are required for a conclusive reply.
