Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
My grandfathers self acquired bunglow plot and a bunglow built on it,My grandfather purchased The above mentioned plot ,he has two sons after-hours grandfathers death his sons name Come on property card mentioned as heirs then My father and uncle died,My father made a registered will mentioning his share To me,now my sister is claiming for the property as ancestral property and wants rights. My question is that whether her rights are there or not.

Have you taken probate? If yes, then your sister will not be entitled.
