Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

Hello

I an from India and a Christian,My father passed away two year ago and had his death WILL written on a plain paper and signed by two witness ( My mom and my dad brother). And now I wish to probate this WILL.

My question are:

1. What should I do to probate the will? Please explain the procedure and charges. I reside in Kerala

2. He has made many written mistakes while wirting the will (like striking off words and writing above it). Is this WILL still vaild?

3. Also he had signed only in the last page of the will. Is this fine.

Any help/suggestion highly appreicated

contact a local lawyer and he would file a petition for probate of will.
