Probate/legal certificate of Hier/succession certificate in mumbai-India

Hi Lawyers,

I need a good lawyer in mumbai who deals with estates. My father passed away recently. he had made a will on paper with 2 witness, any procedure of legalizing this will? Also what is the procedure to get a Probate or a legal certificate of Hier or a succession certificate, what is the difference between the above certificates ? please email me with more details on costs, duration and explanation. I would like to make a generic legal document that only states the names of hiers and does not need to list the details of property/money

You have to list asset - as you have to pay court fees based on value. You may look out for lawyer of your choice. This has to be done in High Court.
