Procedure for Claiming Minor Property
In a Document registered as a Gift Deed of the year 1960 in a Registered office, there is a mention of mother being natural guardian, thus indicating the property of the Executant gifted to a Minor for whom mother is a Natural Guardian.

All material papers pertaining to adoption not available except the clue in the Gift Deed stating that the Mother is a Natural Guardian.

What is the procedure to get the concerned records of Adoption and also approach an appropriate court for possession of the property of the Executant ?
