This question is about an unregistered will document my question is whether the beneficiary of will can be present at the time of execution of will by the executant and is necessary to examine the two witness or any one witness can be examined plz let me know.

Any one witness can do, in case of doubt court may also call the other witness.
Presence of beneficiary at the time of execution of Will is permissible.
