Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

We have a Registered Charitable Trust with 13 subscribers to the Memorandum of Association.

We are in the process of printing the Memorandum and giving it to 150 members.

My question is, is it mandatory to give the names of the subscribers in the Memorandum of Association of a Registered Charitable Trust.

Yes you are required to mention everything that which made you in forming the trust and that is what is called a MoA.
