sale of ancestor property

is it necessary to obtain no objection certficate from famil members to sell ancestor property got by way of partition deed from my brother in my fathers property,i am the daughter having two sons and three daughters

if you can get then its good

if you have already got it partitioned then u need not to get such no objection
