Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

I stay in a penthouse so i have two floors.On the upper floor i have made a door which opens up in a lobby. It is not spoiling elevation or disturbance to anyone and not even getting into peoples way so is it illegal?

unless the site plan is perused and the municipal laws are gone through, it cannot be said whether the door at upper floor is legal or illegal.
