Dear Sir / Madam,

(Kandivli East, Mumbai, Maharashtra)

As per the Hindu Succession Act, there is no specified time limit for applying for a Probate. In normal circumstances, the executor of the Will applies for a Probate within six months of the death of the testator of the Will.
