What is the time limit to give possession of flat to its buyer of builder?

Dear Sir / Madam,

(Arjunganj, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh)

The builder is required to part with possession to the buyer on completion of the building construction and within 2 months from the date of Building Completion Certificate (BCC) and Occupation Certificate (OC) from the concerned Municipality.
