Re: Value of WILL

Your mother and her sister will have to apply for a probate of the will in teh court, also giving a list of all the heirs. The court will send the other heirs a notice asking them whether they copnsent to the will or oppose the same. In case of opposition, the probate of the will will become contested in which cae the genuinity of the will will have to be proved.
