Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Indiana

I was physically attacked by a doctor in his office. He injured my Back and Neck. I went to the police station and filed police report, have photos of the injuries. I am in extreme pain from attack. What recourse do I have? Can I sue him? I live in Indiana. How can I find an attorney interested in this unusual case?
