These were granted but the new man. and sup. but they falsely accused me of mispicks leaving my work area to much and coming in late from breaks gave me a final written warning(filed another charge.) told anyone with 6 months on the job would get raise. did not get raise.filed another eeoc ch. new man. starts. put me in auditing, said with my restr. that this was the job for me on 6/15 told me he would have to terminate me because i had filed to many frivolous charges, and he was no longer going to accommodate me as they had accommodated me long enough. terminated on 6/16/04 filed another charge. do i have a case

Re: what can i do

Given your description of events, it appears you have a very good case for retaliation. You are protected from being fired for exercising your legal right to file an EEOC claim of discrimination. They told your EEOC filings contributed to the termination decision. I would be happy to discuss representing you if you call me at 317-955-9500.
