Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
My 11 year old joined a DVD club.
My 11 year old son joined a DVD club without my knowledge or consent. I told him I would not pay for the shipping etc. Needless to say, he has not saved the money to pay for the shipping which has now doubled in cost. Is it legal to hold him to this contract?? What can I do to resolve this without forking over the money??

An eleven year old person is legally incompetent to make any enforceable agreement. Advise the DVD company in writing of his age and demand all money back.
