Rent a center is threating me to take me court over my account. i am willing to work out details with them over my account, which i fell behind on becuase we have a sick child. What happens if i just go to court and keep my materials

The court will hear the evidence and make a decision. If the Rent a center has an attorney, it would be best if you had one as well.
