Rescission Period for Vehicle in Indiana
Is there a 3-day rescission period in the State of Indiana on Vehicles? We're on day 2 and found problems with the vehicle and are having issues with the dealership owning up to the cost. Thank you.

Unfortuntately, no. However, if the dealership committed fraud in its representations to you, you may have grounds for a suit. Good luck.
