Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana

i started working at a subway on tuesday last week within the week i was there the owner yelled at me cussed at me told me i was slow and then we had a meeting yesterday with a field rep i talked to him in front of her about everything he got in trouble for doing everything he did i go into work today i worked 30 minutes he came to the back where i was preparing tomatoes and said im over staffed and today is your last day and they are under staffed and the manger even said so do i have a case
