Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana

i have worked for a company for 12 years. 3 different owners. last owners are from china and have owned it for 2 1/2 years. they recently decided to close the operation. company is not in bankruptcy. company no longer exists in the u.s.a. can i be held to a non-compete. i am currently interviewing and am being asked if i am bound to any.

The terms of the non-compete agreement are what determine your duties and obligations. If you can't figure out where you stand by reading your agreement, have an attorney review it for you.
