Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Indiana

Same Company filed ANOTHER Body Attachment

After appearing in court on Feb 4th letting the debt collector know that I have no money or means to pay this debt and that I am filing bankruptcy I recieved another notice of a body attachment from the same company for a different debt. Now in my opinion these people are harrassing me. There is also a statement at the end of each of these letters indicating that this is an attempt to collect a debt..etc. I just want to know if I can sue this company for all of this.

Re: Same Company filed ANOTHER Body Attachment

Your promise "I am filing bankruptcy" is meaningless. "I have filed for bankruptcy" (with proof) will keep you out of court.

Remember you also "promised" to pay your creditors when you first signed up.

A wise man will extend this lesson to all parts of life, and know that it is the part of prudence to face every claimant, and pay every just demand on your time, your talents, or your heart. Always pay; for, first or last, you must pay your entire debt. Persons and events may stand for a time between you and justice, but it is only a postponement. You must pay at last your own debt.
