Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Indiana

head on car accident

My son and I was hit head on by a driver who fell asleep. We now have had 4 surgeries with more to come. The driver had no insurance and now the doctors have locked me out of their office due to bills going to collections. What do I do

That's a pretty serious situation. Need a whole lot more info in order to advise you as to what to do. It's not something that can be done on a forum, though.
