Legal Question in Consumer Law in Indiana
I just got billed for work that was done on my well system a year and half ago. I called them after the job was done and they stated all was covered. Now I am getting billed for trips they made out here. It was complicated to them and on many trips nothing was done. I have no record of when they came or if they came on many of these trips they are stating.
