Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

I co-signed a car loan in 2005. That person never paid anything and the car was repossessed. In the state of Indiana, aren't the statute of limitations up?

It's possible that it is up, unless there was something to the contrary in the paperwork that you signed. But if they filed suit against you long ago, but didn't get service of process on you, the suit is still valid if it was originally timely filed.
