Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

I have been granted a summary judgment against a former business partner by the courts and he is refusing to pay. The amount is in excess of $50,000. What recourse do I have to collect the debt?

Your judgment is already a lien on any real estate that he owns individually in the county of the judgment. You can start proceedings supplemental in an effort to collect the funds.
