I owe money on a line of credit loan thru beneficial finance.they say that their going to freeze my bank account and garnish my wages.van they do this with out going to court

In order to freeze your accounts and or garnish your wages, they must do it through the courts. They will have to file a notice of claim first, get a judgment and then follow up with the proceeding supplimental. If you like, you can call our office and we can discuss your options.
