I got a proceedings supplemental for credit card. I do not work and cars bank accounts in husbands name. Except house has both our names. It is a Mfg home what can they do live in indiana

An asset can only be seized or attached to satisfy a judgment, generally speaking, when it is exclusively in the name of the debtor.
